Many children have to live in an atmosphere of conflict after parents separate. Even if this is relatively low level it has the effect of making children anxious and preoccupied and gives them a sense of divided loyalties. Although these children would benefit hugely if their parents used family mediation, knowledge of mediation and how it can help is very limited in the public domain.
We would like help to consider how we can use modern technology most effectively to access parents and to disseminate knowledge of the process of mediation and how it works, and the availabiltiy of legal aid for those that are eligible.
