Tanzania education is experiencing different challenges, we are trying to solve the following; Education resources scarcity, our schools lacks reading and teaching materials which hinder learning. Reading challenge, there are some of schools where a grade 7 students can't read a grade 2 story, this hinder their learning progress. Teaching gap;Big number of teachers lacks on going training that improves teaching, they lack advanced teaching methodologies, struggling on doing learning assessment

On education resources; we will provide education resources through creating a full furnished well arranged library equipped with learning and teaching resources. On reading challenge; We empower students on reading for learning and for fun through formulation of the functional reading clubs in schools. We also train them on library management. On teaching gap; We impart teachers with pedagogical skills, communicative language and on conducting learning assessment to support students learning.
