To demolish the existing clubhouse and build a new one which will meet the standards expected of a modern day family-friendly facility. It will also provide a resource for the local community to use/hire for events and functions.

Situation
Present clubhouse is 60 years old, well past its sell-by date and we have been advised that refurbishment is not an option. In fact the local FA refused support for refurbishemant but encouraged us to go for the rebuild which they will support financially. The end goal is the provision of a modern facility, meeting present day standards, to ensure the continued success of sport being played on the sports field (presently football & cricket). The cost of the project is estimated at around £300K - we are presently awaiting firm quotations (Jan 2009)
