Situation
The idea is to contact those clients who we are not able to support through our Home Support volunteer service or those who need more support especially those who do not have familiy members. The idea is to phone the VI person on a regular basis and let them know they are not forgotten and if they need any assistance we can either give them advice or in very serious cases visit them to sort out any difficulties
