To provide financial support during training and/or the first few weeks of a new job for those trainees who are in financial straights. We help with such things as travel season tickets, interview clothes, safety equipment and work clothes. This project has already helped over 70 trainees this year, and we aim to help more each year.

    Reason for project; After a period of unemployment trainees with disabilities find it hard to afford such costs as travel, season tickets or work clothes so we provide financial support for those who need it. End Goals; To enable trainees with disabilities to enter and sustain employment. Financial breakdown; £92,266 p.a £545 per trainee approximately Raised so far; £53,000
