    Situation

The Festival aims to build on the success of CIA Basketball by using well-known professional athletes and award-winning entertainers to mentor young people, giving them a focus and directing them to a long-standing project that operates all year round. The Festival has been recognised by England Basketball, the national governing body, for 'promoting multi-cultural' basketball and, by keeping prices low, aims to tackle social inclusion, unite everyone in the community, promote time spent between young people and their families and bring young men and women off the street.
