£5,500 would purchase a car, and the insurance and petrol costs for one year, for our health centre in Boamadumase, Ghana - which would guarantee the safety of the health centre staff when travelling (they currently using unreliable and sometimes dangerous public transport), collect volunteers, transport medical supplies and allow interaction between the staff and the wider communities.
