We are seeking funding towards a mobile education unit equipped with interactive displays and exciting activities. The overall design will be based on the concept of a kitchen with exhibits designed to address everyday issues of waste, composting, energy, water, resource consuption and healthy living.

ecoACTIVE workshops cover themes such waste, recycling & composting; climate change & energy issues; water conservation; healthy living, environmental footprint assessment & resource consumption. Our electric powered mobile unit has come of the end of its life and we want to replace it with a biodiesel fuelled unit to enable us to increase our geographical reach, and equipped with innovative new interractive exhibits and displays to expand the number of topics we cover and increase the appeal of our work to young people aged 11-18, eg a pedal powered juice-maker and a falling water exhibit which will generate power to operate a computer. 2nd hand Vehicle - £5000 Customization - £17000 Exhibits x 5 - £5000 each Renewable energy power syatem - £3000 TOTAL £50,000
