In order to make our birthday celebrations something special for our girls to remember we would like to take 40 of them on a subsidized trip to Euro Disney. Some of our "Young Leaders" have been with the Company for 10 years, joining on our first Company evening and all regularly attend our weekly meetings to share their knowledge and skills with other youngsters. We are planning our visit for Easter 2010 and are in the process of organising various fund raising events (bag packing at local supermarkets etc) in order to make the planned event "real" for our girls and, financially viable for any that would like to join us at our 10th birthday 'party' in Euro Disney. We have taken girls away on weekend camps each year and, although hard work, our efforts are rewarded when we witness the girls' enjoyment as, for many, this is the first time they have been away from home, having to share accommodation, meals and funtimes with other GB members. We are just hoping to be able to make our 10th birthday celebration "camp" the best we have organised so far.
