To update our very out-dated phone system making us competitive in the markets we work in, i.e. joinery, printing, I.T training and commerical packaging, we also need to update our kitchen and buildings.

Situation
We need to up-date our phone system as it was inherited from the NHS when they closed the local mental hospital whom we took over from, also our kitchen and buildings need an overhaul, we would hopefully like to put in solar panels and replace all our lightbulbs, create a modern kitchen with equipment suitable for training our learners to reach their basic health and hygeine certificates and how to cook to take care of themselves. At the moment staff have to run around with messages for the various departments taking up valuable time and effort. We are a busy partly self funding charity and every moment is needed to concentrate on giving our valuable customers the time and effort they demand.
