The buildings of Yateley Industries are such that they need constant upgrading, refurbishing and extending to be able to train, employ and house our disabled clients. We have on site a gift shop and cafe-bar that generates customers from the local community as well as day trippers.

Situation
One of our projects would be to upgrade and refurbish the disabled toilets for use by our customers and staff (disabled and able bodied). We would also like to be able to extend the food preparation area of the cafe-bar. It is a very small area and the staff, although they work well together, find it cramped especially when the cafe-bar becomes busy. Yateley Industries would like to be able to offer a good customer service to both our able bodied and disabled visitors. The money will be used to extend the area and allow extra space for the staff to prepare food for customers. All of Yateley Industries projects are designed to help increase income and to allow training for disabled clients for progression into mainstream employment. These projects, although not a financial benefit will allow a higher lever of customer service and hopefully increase our customer base and therefore, our income.
