    Situation

For over 50 years a community centre has been active on the Bell Farm estate. During that time the number of households in its catchment has grown considerably. The work of the centre cannot keep up with this growth without creating additional office and meeting room space. Planning permission has been granted to build two new annexes to the existing property and £100,000.00 has already been pledged towards the works.
