Transform Work UK provides Churches and Church leaders with materials to support Christians in the workplace make a positive difference to work culture. Christian workplace groups, in cooperation with other workplace staff networks, can pioneer a way forward in demonstrating positive diversity, acceptance and unity. They can ‘walk hand-in-hand’ with others even when not seeing ‘eye-to-eye’.

Situation
Churches and church leaders need resources to effectively equip Christians in the workplace. Transform Work UK with other ministries has started the process of developing materials for this purpose. The key tangibles will be small group workbooks including video based information highlighting contemporary work related issues, and a short series of workshops designed to enhance ‘life skills’. We have conducted research which clearly shows a healthy attitude and understanding of work is transforming. This project will utilise expertise from a range of people, including authors, graphic and media designers, a project manager, and key business leaders and workers who have already made themselves available. Pump priming the first year of this project will create a sustainable source of information and material for the mid to short term.
