Our programme helps empowers young people to make informed choices and supports them in choosing careers and types of work which satisfy. At the core of this project lies the belief that each young person is unique and matching that young persons personality and talents with the best available work opportunities provides satisfaction for both employee and employer. The amount requested covers full set up costs, two-years of running costs & takes into consideration the full time salary of a Project Leader and the backup needed to make it happen.
