The modern application Buddhist teachings and philosophy address the need of Londoners to find well-being in a fast paced city life style. Methods of working with mind and channeling emotions are needed to reduce stress and promote physical and mental health for individuals, families and the community as a whole. Restore and renovate a listed heritage building in order to preserve English Heritage. Local council funds can be allocated to other significant community projects.


A landmark property provides an easily accessible location for Londoners. Our program offers a varied range of informational lectures, art exhibitions and meditation training. We will also be active in a number of community outreach projects to engage local people of all ages and backgrounds.
