Situation
JusB as a whole is helping young people who come to us from a range of backgrounds. Some have complex issues, others an outlet to make the most of what they can offer their communities. In terms of our volunteers, there is a need for extra help in the office and with the young people.
Solution
Volunteers help JusB remain a community organisation. They enable us to do more than we can as a predominantly part time staff group.
