We will provide drop in centres in 5 different locations throughout South Lakeland. they will be staffed by experienced Carers Support Workers who will be there to offer advice and support as well as providing a listening ear. The centres will be open 1 day a week in each location and will provide a much needed resource in this rural area. The centres will also be used to run such things as, training for carers, relaxation therapy treatments and counselling sessions.
