    Situation

Mental ill-health and learning to cope on the road through recovery is not easy. We know this first hand as our staff and volunteers have their own lived experienced of mental distress either personally or through being carers of a loved one with mental distress. So, we know how important both psychological and the right type of social support is, and we provide this 52 weeks of the year. Mental distress, isolation, social anxiety, impacts of the effects of trauma and integration.
