Situation
Woodcraft Folk currently operates out of a beautiful Victorian four storey house in South West London. The building is astoniching and has belonged to the charity for over 50 years. However, as far as offices go, it's less than perfect. We have identified a new home in a purpose built office that will make a huge difference to the way we work. We can fund most of the purchase from the sale of our current property, but we know that we need a little extra finance to get over the line. To avoid taking out expensive laon finance, and diverting resources into repaying instead of supporting our members, we are looking for someone who would like to buy a share of the lease with us. The buyer would receive the same % back on reasle. We believe that the property will appreciate in value hugely, being as it is part of the redevelopment of the south west stretch of the Thames.in London. Most of the development is residential, so commercial property will be at a premium in the next few years.
