Although education in Ghana, West Africa is free, "......many children are unable to attend, as they have no shoes or uniforms, both of which are mandatory." Groups of children are often seen hanging around outside the school but are not allowed to attend as their parents are too poor to afford the basics. We want to start a community project in Ghana, West Africa that will reach 100 villages by 2016 and pay for these children's shoes or uniforms.
