Brent is the second most diverse borough in London. This is reflected in our membership where we usually achieve 70% BME Communities. We believe it is important to meet the needs of this group by providing a BME Advocate. This role is usually under represented in our field of excellence

BAC believe in meeting the existing needs of its membership rather than attracting a new membership. We aim to increase access to services for BME communities and aim to enable their involvement in the organisation and the community We need £35,000 for a full time post but would be prepared to use all raised monies to apply to a part time post. project revenue is included in this figure and this would also enhance our cash flow which is extremely limited
