In response to the requests for support he receives from many local causes, Duncan Hames MP for Chippenham, has set up a small grants fund with the Community Foundation, to which he makes a regular donation from his Parliamentary salary, to give grants to small voluntary groups in the Constituency.

To create a fund available to local charities and voluntary groups working in the Chippenham Constituency who need a little help to improve the lives of local people.
Solution
By providing small grants funding to the smaller, local charities and voluntary groups working in the Chippenham Constituency. Whenever an individual or organisation wishes to recognise Duncan's efforts, they are asked instead to make a donation to the fund. Grants are made independently by The Community Foundation.
