Provide advocacy and representation for clients deprived of employment rights, particularly people who have literacy or other difficulties. To offer training to micro local employers on current and future legislation to ensure they do not get into difficulties with these complex rules.

Our project will enable low paid employees, many of whom are unskilled, throughout rural Dorset area to obtain the advice and guidance they need to ensure they know their rights to minimum wages, holiday pay, disability act, discrimination, SSP, redundancy etc., The project will also ensure that employers have the opportunity to gain further knowledge of correct employment practices, this will reduce costs for these small businesses attributed to the misunderstanding of the law.
