We have outgrown our office and would like to buy a building with 3 rooms. One to be used as an office the others for training, delivering group sessions and providing one to one support for families and professionals living and working with children who have Down syndrome.

Situation
Since November 2005 we have rented a small Office, (before that the group was run from a home address).The group supports 120+ families and over 60 interested professionals from education & health. The Office is used to run the group and to deliver 4 Early Intervention Groups to 19 children with Down syndrome. The venue is not ideal and, as the charity as grown, Office space is more and more limited. We also hire a church hall, training rooms at a local bakery, Hughes, and classrooms at Shipley College in order to deliver training for parents and professionals in the specfic learning needs of children with Down syndrome and speech & language group sessions for these children. We need more room, ideally all under one roof, to enable us to deliver our current services, employ more staff and continue to develop the support and services needed to ensure children with Down syndrome develop to meet their full potential and work towards independent members of society.
