    Situation

The Camping Centre has 3 sites and it is now necessary to bring Sites A and B up to standard. This will make them more attractive to smaller companies who want to experience camping and outdoor living, especially now that The Brigade nationally has launched a new activities and awards programme in which camping, residential and out door living features very prominently. This strong feature of our work has come about as a result of direct consultation with our young people. The new facility is to include full kitchen, toilet and shower facilities for all visitors and guests as well as facilities for our disabled guests. Whilst the outer shell and roof are in place this now leaves all the internal fixings, fitting out, stone cladding of the outside walls to fall into line with Snowdonia Natioal Park regulations, as well as ground work. Funding for this stage is now sought to enable us to complete our building ready to take visitors in the Summer of 2008.
