Our aim is to stop the cycle of repeat youth homelessness by helping young people develop their skills and confidence to live independently. Our Learning, Skills and Work Service plays an important role in this aim by re-engaging young people with education and training or helping them into work.

Situation
To both prevent youth homelessness and to stop the cycle of homelessness and exclusion.
Solution
By raising the aspirations of the young people that we work with, many of which are not in education, employment or training when they first come to St Basils. By helping them raise their confidence, develop lifeskill and re-engage with eduction, training and work these young people are able to move forward with their lives in a positive way and live independently.
