    Situation

Aims: 1. Raise levels of emotional literacy (the ability to manage emotions & feelings for positive affect) i.e. anger management, increased empathy, tolerance & integrity. 2. Help young people identify negative behaviour patterns & develop skills to view behaviour as a choice & somthing that they have the power to change. 3. Allow young people to explore the connections between drugs, gangs, violence & alternatives to this lifestyle. 4. To develop skills in communication, team work, conflict resolution & self awareness that enable young people to re-engage with community life.
