Although Arts Alive has managed to keep its investment funding from Arts Council England, local authorities have been hit by severe cuts which have impacted on our funding. If we don't bridge this gap, then not only will we have to make cuts in our service, but we run the risk of losing the Arts Council funding.

By looking at other forms of income including sponsorship, individual giving, and increasing earned income, we hope to not only bridge the gap left by the cuts, but also make the organisation sustainable for the foreseeable future. This had led to a cultural shift in the way we work, the way we connect with our volunteers and with our audiences.
