The creation over ten years of educational and recreation facilities and integrated access arrangements to facilitiate the use of the forest by disadvantaged groups in the urban areas within and surrounding the forest. Facilies include an aerial walkway through the forest canopy, activity towers with climbing walls and zip wires, accommodation for schools, land and water based activity centres, a network of multi user trails including iconic bridges, green transport, linking to other facilities in the National Forest
