Situation
We have started to do garden maintenace work for another charity and for a local Church our members contributing to the work. In adition we have started to make our own soups and chutneys using the organic vegetables and fruit grown on our allotments Members learn skills such as arriving for work on time, working as a team, dealing with the public, responding to guidance and feedback and carrying out instructions Costs are staff time, tools and equipment, ingredients, travel expenses and a cost towards overheads
