Remove and replace all pitched and flat roofs in accordance with existing materials. Check, repair and repoint all chimneys. Replace all rainwater goods in accordance with appropriate materials. Check, repair, repoint and treat for waterproofing all externals walls. Replace windows and doors where necessary to match existing. Check existing means of escape and fire precautions, replace as required to current regulations. Supply and install passenger lift in central area of building to serve basement, ground, first, second and third floors including all necessary alterations and building works.
