    Situation

    The north easter states of India, Orissa and Jharkhand suffres from a great shortage of water. The people here are forced to drink dirty water . This causes illness such as dysentry , diarhoea. typhoid and jaundice. Divine Onkar Mission have stepped into build over 400 waterwells helping the residents of more than 500 villages providing fresh and clean water. These water wells has proved to be a valuable asset for the local villagers who had noo choice but to walk long distances to fetch dirty water. Each water well cost £600 and could serve the needs of an entire village.
