Situation
As part of our community 'remit' we wish to employ a member of the local community to begin training and work at our setting. We have many years experience of training students from local colleges and our own staff. An additional member of staff would allow us to deliver a better quality of service by reducing the pressure on exisiting staff during times when staff are training, are on leave or are pursuing fundraising or outreach work in the community. Our target for this project is is £20,000 per annum over three years - a total of £60,000.
