KIM staff are dedicated and passionate in working with women helping them overcome their barriers yet KIM has a major barrier organisationally and that is our lack of knowledge and expertise in modern technologies. I cannot put adequately into words the frustration of not being able to realise what you can conceptualise .Our work in KIM changes women’s lives we are asking you to help us change KIM enabling us to move forward by lifting the technological mist

By employing a person who has the skills and experience to develop and set up our systems ,train the staff and work with the women service users and volunteers.This person will inspire confidence and help KIM move forward.
