    Situation

Our 60-minute workshops open with bullying and the impact of the bully's behaviour on his/her future unless they seek help with the issues which are driving them to bully. We move on to how easily some young people can be drawn into crime, often with life long consequences such as a criminal record and a prison sentence. We show them life in a young offender unit, prison clothing, prison conditions, the impact on their futures, eg no access to education, training, employment, accommodation, travel and credit facilities. How drugs fuel a range of illegal activities including child prostitution - would they want to be involved in funding something like that? The growing violence between drug gangs, often with users caught in the middle as the UK market reaches saturation. Practical demonstrations of anti-crime technology, liquid DNA, covert cameras, etc.
