    Situation

Vulnerable families are at risk of being seperated without the right intervention and support. Britain has the highest levels of teenage pregnancy in Europe and young mums needs role models and intensive support in learning how to parent to ensure that their child's development is not hindered.

    Solution

Our projects reduces the numbers of children at risk. Families: -escape homelessness -are supported to recognise domestic abuse and to make healthy decisions for their life -receive support in positive parenting leading them to be more confident, capable parents -receive weekly 1:1 support to set goals and achieve them, in areas including Education, Training and Employment; Health and Wellbeing; Relationships and Making a Positive Contribution to the community
