We aim to help school students and young people to engage with science, engineering and technology and understand how they can contribute to solving many of the critical issues facing people with disabilities.

Situation
We believe that we can help many more people by sharing our expertise and decades of learnings with a global community of designers and makers. We wish to encourage, and show the way to, designers, engineers and makers to design better equipment and environments for everyone, and in particular for people with a disability, whether temporarily or over the long term.
Solution
At the centre of this initiative would be a comprehensive suite of lessons and guided assignments delivered via an e-learning platform such as Moodle, Digital Chalk, efront etc. which are already in common use by education and commercial organisations across the globe. The platform would be open to all and the intention is to make course content free to access. Anyone would be able to become a member of the DEMAND learning community. The courses will be produced both in-house as well as curated
