We would like to fund Integration and Support Workers for our Refugee & Asylum Seeker clients. When Refugees arrive our aim is to give them a warm welsh welcome we do this by integrating our clients in to our local community we have a strong team behind us, increasing that team would benefit us.

Situation
Lack of intergration to the local community for Refugees & Asylum Seekers. Lack of general support with employment, housing, legal and family support for Refugees & Asylum Seekers. We have very hard working staff that try to meet and help our clients, however the number of Refugees & Asylum Seekers that need one on one support is vast and ever growing and therefore comes hard for our employees to keep up with the work loads, a lot of our clients may have to wait weeks for a support session.
Solution
By increasing our integration & support team we may be able to meet or even decrease the demands. More clients would be able to receive one on one support sessions on a daily basis therefore providing a smoother and less stressful process for our clients.
