To support a typical government primary school. The Ugandan government introduced free primary education in 2000. As a result the school has gained a huge amount of children putting a large strain on the facilities that existed.

Situation
The classrooms need improving in order to solve the problem of jiggers and to make them more conducive to learning. The teachers houses need constructing in order to recruit and retain good teachers who othrwise spend many hours walking to and from school. New latrines need providing for hygenic reasons. Desks are needed so the children no long need to sit on the floor.
