    Situation

Since 1997 the Restorative Justice Consortium has led the field in quality standards, being a key player in the 2004 Home Office Best Practice Guidance and setting up a Trainers Code of Practice. Your donation will help us lead the way in promoting best practice across the spectrum of restorative justice. As restorative principles are spread in neighbourhood policing, schools, residential care settings, prisons it is critical that good standards are maintained so that the vulnerable are not revictimised and the ethos and principles that drive restorative justice are adhered to. With the rapid expansion of practice is becomes more difficult to keep abreast of this dynamic, evolving field. Your support will help us keep up to date with the very latest developments and inform those setting up new restorative practices of the wealth of experience and good practice that is available. Our vision now is to set up accreditation for restorative practice to provide a hallmark of good practice for practitioners, trainers and commissioners of restorative practices. Please support this exciting and important work as much as you can.
