Building a network of teachers in the UK who will work with us introduce Anti Slavery Day into curriculum in schools. 1n 2010 Anti-Slavery day was made law through the introduction of a private members bill in parliament. The Prime Minister named 18th October to be the annual UK Anti-Slavery Day.

Situation

There is a lack of awareness and understanding about child trafficking and this means that child victims in UK do not get identified. As a result thousands of children are suffering abuse and exploitation.

Solution

By creating an understanding of child trafficking in an ediucational setting and working with teachers to create good practice in lesson plans, resources and teaching tools. . By targetting schools we are influencing a new generation.
