Situation
There are very few sources of instruction for conductors and even fewer for those which involve a professional orchestra. We are addressing an international shortage.
Solution
It will enable around 8 young musicians on each masterclass to benefit from expert instruction and practical experience for each course, and there are currently 6 courses running.
