    Situation

Advocacy:- Advocacy is the act of offering support to another person who is unable to speak for themselves, it does not mean telling another person what to do but involves identifying that person's wishes or needs, discovering what courses of action can be taken to fulfil those wishes or satisfy those needs and laying the various choices before them and then assisting them to carry out the choices made by them. The volunteers visit older people in their own homes at the request of the older person as travelling in this rural area is difficult for older people Information and Advice:-This service aims to benefit older people and the carers, relatives or friends, the service is confidential and free of charge and is the only service specifically tailored to the needs of older people in this area, subjects we give advice and help on include benefits, winter warmth and housing problems
