Phakama's young artists are raising money to bring Indonesian company, Teater Tetas to London to perform together the UK premiere of The World At My Feet. On the 4th of June Phakama's young people will bake cakes for 24 hours and are asking you to sponsor them in this BIG baking marathon.

This project aims to creatively engage young people in the climate change debate. More often than not young people are not aware of the issues related to climate change. The World at My Feet is the result of the young artists' views of the way we impact on our earth and their desires for a more just and sustainable world.
Solution
This project hopes that by engaging young people in this crucial debate, they will feel more empowered to make the changes needed in order to make our world a more sustainable and fair one. By giving young people a voice and at the same time an environmental framework to explore in a creative way, we hope that we will make the global warming debate more accessible and tangible to young people.
