OSCAR's services are dependent on having the right staff and the Director's role is key to providing good advice and resources along with general charity oversight in the following areas: Managerial, Fundraising, Web Development, Finance, Publicity, Networking. This will secure the Director's salary enabling OSCAR to plan for the next 3 years and focus more on service delivery without the need to raise funds for essential staff.
