Situation
OSCAR is a support network for Christian mission workers, their umbrella organisations, sending churches and supporting individuals. OSCAR users are all over the world. As a networked organisation, OSCAR utilises information and resources already available in the Christian world mission community. A part-time admin worker is needed to help with the day to day running of the charity. As salary is by far the biggest expense of our work and the quality of service completely depends on dedicated workers, funding this part-time position will release the burden of needing to find these funds through the service and enable OSCAR's work to grow and flourish.
