We believe that the Country Park, which we have also proposed as a Regional Centre of Excellence for the Horse under the Government's Strategy for the Horse, is unique in this country. It could eventually be regarded internationally in the same terms as the Kentucky Horse Park in the USA and the San Rossore Regional Park in Tuscanny. The proposal also forms part of the strategy for the Rossington area. This includes a propsed Eco Town, with the country park wrapping around new concentrc neighbourhoods on the the outskirts of Rossington.

Invovles the fitting out of the new visitor centre to enable the general public the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the country park. It will involve an interactive museum of the horse, shop/eco centre, conference suite, fitness suite, cafeteria, children's play area, landscaping, 1/2 hour walk, wind turbine and the restoration of the Italian Sunken Garden.
