To Employ a Volunteer Co-ordinator to recruit and mentor volunteers working alongside groups of disabled and disadvantagd young people throughout a residential activity stay at Bendrigg.

Situation
We need funding, not only to continue our work with volunteers but, to develop the scheme to benefit more people. The Volunteer Co-ordinator will recruit and mentor our existing volunteers and would create further volunteering opportunities; particularly for volunteers requiring more help and support or with a disability
Solution
During the course of the next 2 years we wish to increase the number of volunteers coming to Bendrigg, to 200 each year. This will assist us to run courses for more young people with a disability.
