Situation
The Queen’s Theatre delivers a wide and varied Education and Outreach Programme for schools, young people, community groups and individuals. We work across Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Newham, Waltham Forest and Essex (west, central and south); presenting work in schools, and in the theatre, to provide opportunities for learning, participation and performance for all. theatre-in- education (tours to schools) We produce four Theatre in Education tours, for primary and secondary schools, each academic year. Our aim is to provide students with the opportunity to experience live theatre that explores a range of curriculum texts and contemporary social issues.
