    Situation

Within the South East there is an identified gap in work-based learning opportunities for young disabled adults. OCA will enable 20 students to increase their employability by running two concurrent strands: OCA Events and OCA Training with the aim of increasing disability awareness and promoting inclusive arts practices across the UK. OCA requires donations to support the initial training fees of 20 students to prepare them for employment in the community. This training will run over a 5 week period developing skills including leadership, teamwork, managing and presenting information.
